- Customers are advised to check that their existing router is compatible with an ethernet WAN connection (if you are unsure please contact us on 01476 500150 with the make & model of your current router and we can confirm). Routers can be supplied upon placing a broadband order at an additional cost of £44.99 inc. VAT
- Once your order has been placed, the installation team will be in touch to arrange an appointment to visit your property, the installation engineer will discuss the best location of antenna installation, typically in the same location as your existing TV antenna.
- Business installation costs are indicative of a standard installation. Installation charges are subject to ECCs and should an installation be more involved, the installation cost may be greater than the figures that are stated above however the installation engineer will advise prior to proceeding with the installation.
