What is hosted telephony?
Traditionally a phone system is installed on your premises, this is commonly referred to as an ‘on-premise’ solution. With a hosted solution, another company maintains and operates the phone system for you to take away all of the upkeep costs and configuration. Esben are able to offer over our broadband network a fully supported hosted telephony solution.
A hosted solution allows a user or business to get up and running with a VoIP line without the capital outlay and offers up a level of flexibility by not restricting the handset to one location.
